Service Advisor Assistant

Join our Ford dealership team!

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor Assistant to support our Service Department and help provide an exceptional experience for every customer.

What Youll Do

Assist Service Advisors with daily customer and administrative needs
Greet customers and help direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor
Answer phones and schedule service appointments
Help coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
Communicate with customers regarding service status and updates
Prepare and organize repair orders, paperwork, and customer information
Assist with warranty and service documentation
Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and other dealership departments
Help maintain an organized and professional service reception area
Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the service visit
Perform other duties as needed to support the Service Department

What Were Looking For

Some mechanical experience to speak intelligently with customers about concerns
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers and dealership software
Attention to detail and accurate data entry
Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Valid drivers license and a good driving record
