\n \nReceive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
\nHelp your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
\nParticipate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
\nDevelop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
\nBuild your book
\nUse your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
\nEstablish relationships to close new customers
\nNegotiate prices with customers and carriers
\nResolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
