Creative Project Manager- Print and Digital

Long term contract (ongoing)

Hybrid-North Shore-3 days onsite/2 days WFH

Our client, a premier organization advocating excellence in the practice of pathology and laboratory medicine is seeking a highly organized, proactive Creative Project Manager / Operations Project Manager to help keep projects moving forward and ensure key initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role will coordinate across creative, marketing, operations, vendors, and other internal teams to manage timelines, resources, deliverables, and priorities.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can manage multiple projects at once, anticipate challenges, and bring structure and accountability to complex workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables stay on track.
• Coordinate resources across creative, marketing, operations, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively communicate issues and solutions.
• Maintain project schedules, status updates, and deliverables using Wrike .
• Help prioritize projects and manage competing deadlines and resources.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items to keep teams aligned and moving forward.

Order Renewal Catalog:

• Oversee the Order Renewal Catalog , a critical business deliverable for the organization.
• Manage the overall timeline and production schedule, including content, creative, approvals, printing, and final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Track dependencies and proactively address issues that could impact the schedule.

Major Events & Special Projects:

• Support the planning and execution of major organizational events and high-priority projects.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, logistics, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Help ensure projects and events are well organized, on schedule, and successfully executed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, production, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with project management platforms; Wrike experience preferred .
• Experience with print production, catalogs, publications, or large-scale events is a plus.
