Attorney – Business, Estate Planning & Complementary Practice Areas

\nPeak Law is a growing law firm seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. We are looking for someone with meaningful legal experience in practice areas that complement our core business transactional and estate planning work.
\nWe are particularly interested in an attorney with experience in probate and trust litigation, tax planning or tax controversy, real estate, or another complementary business-focused practice area.
\nThe Ideal Candidate
\nThe right attorney will bring substantial experience, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters. We are looking for someone who enjoys practicing law, works well as part of a team, and wants to contribute to a growing firm.
\nRelevant experience may include:
\nCandidates do not need experience in all of these areas. We are specifically interested in adding a seasoned attorney whose existing practice complements and expands the services Peak Law already provides.
\nResponsibilities
\nThe attorney will independently manage client matters within their area of expertise while collaborating with Peak Law attorneys on matters that cross practice areas. Responsibilities may include advising clients, negotiating and drafting sophisticated documents, managing transactions or litigation, developing case or transaction strategy, supervising support staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.
\nQualifications
\nApplicants should have eight or more years of practicing attorney experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent professional judgment, and the ability to independently manage matters and client relationships. Admission to the Idaho Bar is strongly preferred, although we are open to discussing candidates who are eligible for admission in Idaho.

\nPeak Law is located in Eagle, Idaho, and focuses heavily on business law, transactional work, estate planning, and related services for business owners, families, and entrepreneurs. We are intentionally growing the firm by adding attorneys whose practices complement one another rather than simply adding headcount.
